(Insurance & BPJS Kesehatan), Pension Scheme, Labor Insurance (BPJS
- Make plan and create training needs within a company.
- Bringing soft skills training (Selling Skills, High Impact Communication Skills, Leadership, etc.)
- Develop training modules (broadcast material, participant manuals, guide facilitators, and post-test evaluations).
- Hold meetings and presentations on learning material.
- Manage and oversee all the contracted General Affairs the service provider (facility management, procurements, security, IT etc.)
- Manage and oversee the bidding processes and contractual agreements with third-party provider (stationary,
furniture’s, insurances, etc.)
- Follow-up the General Affairs budget
