Check in / check out service
Receive Japanese guests phone calls
Management of passenger's passport, registration on the Immigration Bureau website
Educational guidance to front staff
Room arrangements, issue and renewal of card keys
Long stay accommodation management of guests, room guide
Understand the contents of the contract
Responding to complaints and requests from customers
Cash sales, credit card sales slip management, handover to accounting
Input check to the reservation system, transport car arrangement management
Sales data management of booking system, cooperation with accounting department
Manage breakfast order quantity and contract contents
Cleaning acceptance points, charged amount, management of invoice issuance request
Accommodation reservation reception, input to reservation system
Clean room, manage setup situation

Persyaratan umum

Experience of Ass manager at hotel front desk
Language skill Japanese Business level(JPLT N2) Indonesian Native level

Persyaratan Bahasa

Japanese (Mahir)
