- Make plan and create training needs within a company.
- Bringing soft skills training (Selling Skills, High Impact Communication Skills, Leadership, etc.)
- Develop training modules (broadcast material, participant manuals, guide facilitators, and post-test evaluations).
- Hold meetings and presentations on learning material.
- Create learning literature.
- Plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities.
- Train new hires as well as veteran employees.
- Conduct orientation sessions to assess level of skills.
- Evaluate training effectiveness.
- Modify training programs
- Age 25-30 years old

- Have 2-3 years experienced in HR Training and People Development
- Experienced to create training module and system from zero
- Willing to work in Karawang
