Management Skill :
Set and manage sales target in monthly and annual bases.
Creating sales plan and seek/create profitable product and services.
Create group vision and by understanding company vision and able to explain it to each member.
Lead and support team members to achieve group target and each member individual target.
Create, manage and coach of teams individuals to optimal performance including strategies, plans, development and negotiation
Sales Skill :
Overall basic sales operations (customer interviews, creating proposal and review (including adjustments with internal and external parties), quotation preparation, invoice issue, payment management, etc.)
Create and strengthen customer and vendor relationship.
Create each customer and vendor Credit Management.
Seek and develop opportunities from prospective customer.
Negotiating dealing conditions with customer and vendor.
Coordinate with internal and external parties to achieve project goals.
Handle, Training and manage team work.
Project Management support(Management SE/vender)
Requirement :
Bachelor degree (Marketing or IT Engineering is an advantage)
Experience minimal 5 year in sales (from IT Company)
Ambitious, goal oriented,, positive mindset
Able to do multi-task and work effectively under pressure, self motivated with minimum supervision, and high degree of initiative and creativity
English must be business level or above (daily conversation, presentation skill, documentation of proposal and facilitation of meeting in English)
Daily conversation and document creation in Japanese is an advantage
Willing to work in North Jakarta (Sunter area)
